Hi Team, I am changing the set up of my Kart, AX9 and would like to move to the inner King Pin hole and the maximum Ackerman, inner hole on stub arm. So a couple of questions, Is the inner hole on the stub arm the one closer to the Kart frame or closer to the wheel. What lenght tie rods would i need.
Regards Bruce

Hi, Bruce, The inner stub hole is the one closest to the middle of the chassis, without an AX9 on hand I can't tell you the exact length tie rod you will need but a simple way to find out would be to measure the distance between the stub (king pin) holes, from memory this is 23mm, and subtract that from the length of your current tie rods. remember that the left and the right side tie rod may not be the same length as your steering wheel sits off-centre in your kart.
